Villa Rosa is located in a quiet street on Sector A and is close to the local bars and restaurants as they are only a minutes walk away. It  is fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay including UK tv, dvd and PS2 with a selection of dvd's and games.

The villa is tastefully decorated with everything you need to enjoy your stay and the lounge and bedrooms all have ceiling fans.

In the villa there is 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge so you can comfortably sleep 6. There is also a second bathroom with a shower cubicle and washing machine.

The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, iron and is well equipped with crockery and cooking utensils. The lounge is comfortably furnished and the dining room has a wooden table and 4 chairs.

At the front of the villa is a large front terrace with patio furniture and a covered section to provide respite from the hot Spanish sunshine.

The property also has a rooftop solarium which gives you access to stunning views of the surrounding mountains and countryside and a private sunbathing area.

All the windows and doors have metal security rejas.

There is a gravelled garden with established plants and trees surrounding the villa, high walls to ensure privacy and access is by a locked gate. The villa has a raised bbq area adjacent to the pool area with a lovely ornate cement table and benches.

This villa has a beautiful oval pool with gravelled sunbathing areas complete with sunloungers and parasols. This garden is a suntrap and you will enjoy relaxing in the sun and taking a dip in the cooling crystal clear waters of the pool .

You have on street parking and it is 2 minutes walk to local shops and bars and 5 minutes drive to 18 hole golf course and Spa Hotel.

If you can pull yourself away from the lure of the pool, you can visit the beach which is only a 20 minute drive away.

All the linen and towels for use in the villa are provided, however you will need to bring beach towels for use at the pool.

The rental price includes cleaning at the end of your stay and a small welcome pack. 

A maid service can be arranged. Please ask for prices.
