Villa Bevin - A 2 bedroom/2 bathroom detatched villa is situated towards the rear of Sector A, Camposol but is still only a 5 minute walk to the bars and shops in the commercial centre. The villa has a fantastic pool, high walls and views over the surrounding countryside. You also have the option to rent the air con remote controls.
It is comfortably furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay including
UK tv, dvd, cd player.
The interior of the villa consists of a lounge with a double sofa bed and a corner sofa unit which can easily seat 6. There is also air con in the lounge and the remote can be rented. The dining room seats 6.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer and ample crockery and cooking utensils.
There is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, a fitted wardrobe and an air con unit for which the remote can be rented. The double bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and air con (remote to be rented) and leads on to the en-suite bathroom with bath, over bath shower, toilet, basin and bidet.
There is also an additional bathroom which houses the stand in shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.
The front terrace is divided into 2 parts. There is the outside seating area with patio table, chairs and a parasol and then you also have the small conservatory with a 2 seater sofa and 2 cane chairs to relax and enjoy the sun in during the cooler months. All the windows and doors are fitted with fly screens and security rejas.
The outside area has a fantastic 9 x 4 m pool with a tiled terrace and sunbathing area with quality sun-loungers.
There is a summer kitchen area with a gazebo with fly screens and also a gas bbq. The garden also has established plants and trees.
On the sunroof there are additional sunbeds for private sunbathing and also a pool table. There is a £30 deposit to pay if you want to rent the cues and balls. The sunroof also gives outstanding views of the countryside and mountains.
The is garden is a suntrap and you will enjoy relaxing in the sun and taking a dip in the cooling crystal clear waters of the pool .
You have on street parking and it is 5 minutes walk to local shops and bars and 6 minutes drive to 18 hole golf course and Spa Hotel.
If you can pull yourself away from the lure of the pool, you can visit the beach which is only a 20 minute drive away.
All the linen and towels for use in the villa are provided, however you will need to bring beach towels for use at the pool.
The rental price includes cleaning at the end of your stay and a small welcome pack.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance plus a £75 security deposit is due in cash of sterling or euros when you arrive at the villa or by bank payment 15 days before arrival date.
