Villa Fiesta is located in a quiet street on Sector A and is close to the local bars and restaurants. It is fantastic value for money as has everything you need for a great holiday at a fraction of the price of the detached properties.

It has just been completely redecorated inside and out and all the linen and towels are new. It is fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay including UK Freesat tv, dvd and video player with a selection of dvd's and videos, jigsaws and playing cards

All the linen and towels for use in the villa are provided, however you will need to bring beach towels for use at the pool.

The villa has air conditioning so is great for the chilly winter nights or balmy hot summer evenings. There are units in the lounge and master bedroom and you will have the option to include the airconditioning in your rental at an additional fee.

There is a rooftop solarium with sunloungers, parasol and table and chairs for you to enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The gated communal pool is only 50 yards away. The villa is fitted with fly screens and metal security rejas on the windows and doors.

The villa has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom to comfortably sleep 4 .  A fold up bed can be added to sleep an extra person. The bathroom has an over bath shower. You will find a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, hair dryer & iron. You have on street parking and it is 2 minutes walk to local shops and bars and 5 minutes drive to 18 hole golf course. The beach is a 20 minute drive away.

The small garden at the side of the villa is gravelled with high walls. There is a wooden table and chairs with a parasol as this area does get very hot and sunny in the mid to late afternoon in the summer.

The rental price includes cleaning and a small welcome pack. Travel cot and high chair are available to rent.

This villa is situated in the next road in front of the 1 bed and it would be ideal to rent both properties if you were 2 families wanting to holiday together but with the privacy of your own property as you can stand in the garden on the 2 bed and see the front of the 1 bed villa.

There is air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. Option to rent the remote control for both units £40 per week.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance plus a £30 security deposit is due in cash of sterling or euros when you arrive at the villa.

Bathroom with over bath shower. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer & iron.

There is a rooftop solarium with 2 sunloungers, parasol, patio table and chairs and from here you have magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The gated communal pool is only 4 villa away.

There is on street parking and it is 1 minutes walk to local shops and bars and 5 minutes drive to 18 hole golf course. The beach is 15 minutes drive. The new Polaris World, Condado de Alhama is only 8 minutes drive away.
